The Ministry of Awqaf and IslamicAffairs and Holy Sites in theHashemite Kingdom of Jordanannounced its readiness for the Hajj season 1447 AH, launching the “Wafid Al-Rahman” application, an integrated digital platformdeveloped in joint cooperationbetween the Safa Soft teamand the Information TechnologyDepartment at the Ministry of Awqaf, Holy Sites, and IslamicAffairs, to serve as the officialcompanion for pilgrims of theHashemite Kingdom of Jordan on their journey to the Holy House.
The application is not merely aninformation tool; rather, it is a comprehensive system for communication, supervision, and monitoring at the same time. Through it, the pilgrim can follow all details of their journey and communicate directly withmission supervisors at any time, ensuring a more reassuring and organized experience throughout the performance of the rituals. For supervising authorities, the application provides greater capability for field management amid crowdsnumbering in the millions.
