Hajj 1447H is witnessing a remarkable shift in thestructure of services offered to pilgrims, as artificialintelligence enters for the first time with this level of depth into the core operational framework of the Two Holy Mosques. This transformation is driven by astrategic vision overseen by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, aimed simultaneously at raising the efficiency of religious services and elevating the spiritualexperience of the pilgrim.
The operational plan for this season includes more than 150 qualitative initiatives distributed across 10 enrichment tracks. Most notably among them is the launch of an intelligent guidance robot capable of communicating in more than 60 languages,addressing each pilgrim in their mother tonguewithout any barrier. The robot's role extends beyond answering queries, it carries an integrated knowledge base that directs visitors to water stations, gathering points, and facilities across the holy sites, ensuring a more seamless experience for all.
